Entry Information

Everything you need to know to help facilitate a successful entry into the National Venue Awards 2018.

  • Entry into the National Venue Awards 2018 is £195 + VAT per entry
  • A business may be entered in any number of relevant categories but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form and the entry fee
  • There is no limit to the number of entries one company may enter
  • Submissions should largely relate to projects and results from work that has taken place since January 2017
  • All entries must be submitted online by 17th January 2018
  • Shortlisted entrants will be notified February 2018
  • The entry fee is non-refundable
  • The entry fee must be paid prior to the closing date. Entries received without payment will not be judged
  • All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public
  • All categories are awarded on the decision of our independent panel of judges
  • The entries are judged independently online without reference to any other scorer
  • Judges will be absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest
  • Each judge marks every element of the entry form and submits a total score for each shortlisted entry
  • In the case of a tie other judges are asked to evaluate these entries again to determine a winner
  • The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions
  • The winners will be announced and their awards will be presented on stage at The National Venue Awards ceremony to be held on 11th May 2018
  • Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the Award was won
