Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC)
Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is an innovative, purpose-built venue which hosts a diverse range of events from international conferences and corporate events, to comedy and circus performances. Being located in right in the heart of the city, means that EICC has a minimal footprint, therefore an intelligent design was essential to create this highly-flexible space.
The venue originally opened in 1995 and was expanded in 2013, the facilities now include a series of adaptable auditoria and suites. With two main entrances and moveable internal walls, clients can choose to use the venue in its entirety; or it can be split to run two or more events simultaneously.
EICC’s team has great experience in maximising every space of the venue and adapting services around clients’ individual objectives and budget. Lancashire Cricket Club, Emirates Old Trafford
Emirates Old Trafford is an exciting, unique and versatile venue which delivers an eclectic mix of domestic and international cricket, world-renowned concerts and bespoke events.
The venue is famous for being the home of Lancashire Cricket, as well as welcoming England and supporters for major fixtures each summer.
In 2017, this was no different, although the versatility of Emirates Old Trafford and its team was put to the test when it hosted three 50,000 capacity concerts – including ‘One Love Manchester’, which was delivered in just a week.
Whilst adapting to a busy schedule, the venue was still able to cater to an array of high profile events, ranging from ten to 2,000 peoples across 3,600m2 of space. As well as opening a new four-star Hilton Garden Inn on sight – making Emirates Old Trafford one of the most adaptable and versatile venues in the country.
Royal Horticultural Halls
The Royal Horticultural Halls play host to over twenty different types of event throughout the year. Since 1904 event organisers, film scouts, production assistants, fashion houses, brides and the general public have thronged to The Lindley and The Lawrence Halls in Westminster, London, for one reason: to hold or attend an event.
Each week can, and frequently does, contain seven completely different events ensuring staff are always at the top of their game and have a thorough understanding of what each client requires to deliver a faultless event. Organisers love the space and relish in creating wonderful productions for guests to explore using every square inch of space, from ceiling to floor. Long standing clients of up to 30 years bear testament to the service and professionalism that staff deliver, even President Obama’s staff were impressed.

One of the last remaining independently-owned venues in London; Troxy opened in 1933 as Europe’s largest cinema and is now a proud beacon for established and emerging artists, and events of all types and sizes. As an iconic Grade II listed Art Deco venue which is steeped in history with well preserved original features, Troxy even plays host to its own Wurlitzer pipe organ – Europe’s largest – which was lovingly restored over seven years. But Troxy isn’t a museum; it’s a much-loved venue that’s been helping London have a good time for over 80 years!
Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa
Whittlebury Hall Hotel, part of the Whittlebury estate, provides the perfect backdrop for corporate events and team-building escapes. The flexible, versatile venue offers 28 individual training and meeting rooms, two large conference and banqueting suites, a self-contained exhibition suite with a capacity of up to 500, three restaurants and two bars, all set within over 700 acres of land in the Northamptonshire countryside.
