Cheltenham Racecourse

As well as being a pre-eminent venue for jump racing, Cheltenham Racecourse has become renowned for its conferencing and events over the years.

With a host of flexible rooms, including a grandstand room and The Centaur, and outdoor space that is set in acres of breath-taking countryside, the home of jump racing can cater for all needs for conferences, meetings and corporate events.

World-class comedy and music artists, live acts and more have also confirmed Cheltenham Racecourse as a premier choice for events.

Accommodating up to 4,000 visitors, The Centaur at the racecourse is the biggest venue of its kind between Birmingham and Bournemouth.

Cheltenham Racecourse’s conferencing and events facilities are second-to-none, with dedicated support for clients prior to and during an event.

The venue can accommodate delegates from two to 2,500 delegates in one location with an additional 20 syndicate and breakout rooms, adapting to each individual situation.

Etihad Stadium

Set up in 2013, Fabulous Fan Fayre (F3) is a joint venture between One Event Management Ltd and Legends Hospitality of the US. F3 provides award winning match day and non-match day catering for venues including Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium and Watford Football Club. F3 is made up of 2000 employees across Manchester City F.C. and Watford F.C.

The Etihad Stadium has undergone significant renovations in the past two years – namely with the announcement and construction of the famous Tunnel Club. The project, which is situated under the Colin Bell stand, incorporates a glass players’ tunnel designed for hospitality customers to witness the players lining up before a match. It aims to bring fans closer to players than ever before and it is thought to be the first of its kind in Europe.

Lord’s Cricket Ground

Steeped in over 200 years of history, Lord’s is the most famous cricket ground in the world and an exceptional venue for all occasions.

The venue offers several other pitch-facing event venues combined with three outdoor spaces, accommodating between 10 and 500 delegates. It also boasts the newest venue, ‘Pelham’s’, which opened in May 2017 and the world’s oldest sporting museum which contains the original Ashes Urn.

Ricoh Arena / Wasps

The Ricoh Arena, home of Wasps Rugby Club, Wasps Netball and where Coventry City FC also play, offers first-class facilities and adapts regularly from a sporting venue to a music venue and to one of the UK’s leading conference and exhibition venues due to its versatility and flexibility.

Last year we smashed our own record for the number of events and visitors we hosted.

In the 12 months to June 2017, a total of 857 events were staged– an increase on the 777 events held for the previous 12 months, and our yearly visitor numbers topped the 1.6 million mark.

We have experienced the majority of this growth within the conference and meetings sector, taking 666 bookings in the last financial year compared to 583 bookings in the previous year. We hosted an extra 11 exhibitions during the same period after attracting business from established trade shows.

We are continually investing in the facilities for all services relating to putting on events, re-purposing some of our facilities and preparing our digital platforms for new ways of event engagement.

George’s Park, The FA’s National Football Centre

When it comes to a multi-purpose, state-of-the art events facility, you don’t need to look any further than St. George’s Park. Home to England’s 28 national football teams, the modern £105million venue boasts an impressive thirteen outdoor football pitches, a full size indoor 3G pitch, cutting-edge rehabilitation and sports science areas and an outdoor leadership centre. The English Institute of Sport Sheffield

The creative thinking of the SIV Events team partnered with the unique spaces offered at the English Institute of Sport Sheffield encourages a client to challenge the face of ordinary conference settings and host their business event in spaces that would otherwise be confined to their conventional purpose. Throughout the haven of athletic achievement EIS Sheffield boasts, delegates are surrounded by over ten unique and adaptable event spaces, meeting rooms and the motivational halls of champions. The largest and arguably most inspirational event space comes in the form of our Athletics Arena, which can host up to two thousand delegates. The SIV Events team encourage delegates to feel inspired and connected to the space they’re in by setting the High Jump, Long Jump and Pole Vault to their respective World Record’s, which provides a great talking point for delegates during refreshment breaks.

The English Institute of Sport Sheffield was recognised at the Welcome to Yorkshire White Rose Awards in October 2017, where the venue fought off stiff competition to take home Gold in the Business Tourism Award category.

The Kia Oval

The Kia Oval can provide a variety of options for any kind of event, from a two-person meeting to a grand event for 1,000 guests. We regularly host large conferences, award ceremonies and dinners – with a strong roster of regularly returning blue chip clients from the commercial, public and sporting sectors. Notably we held the 2017 ICC AGM while continually holding events for Sport Leaders, Youth Sport Trust, London Sport and iPro Sport.

At the Kia Oval we have been afforded the most incredible opportunities to hold conferences whilst domestic cricket games are in progress giving delegates the opportunity to engage with their event against a backdrop of a Great British institution. This also works perfectly for summer parties or a conference with a twist as organisers can utilise conference and cricket with some of our T20 games where they move from one of our conference facilities to our terraces to continue the day with a few drinks the fantastic party atmosphere of the T20 blast. There is nowhere else that offers an experience quite like this.
