Eclectic Hotel Collection
Owned and designed by Eamonn and Sally O’Loughlin, the Eclectic Hotel Collection boasts four exclusive townhouse properties within Manchester King Street Townhouse, a baby grand hotel and impressive Italian renaissance building; Great John Street Hotel, a converted Victorian School; Didsbury House and Eleven Didsbury Park, both Victorian villas situated in Manchester’s cosmopolitan suburb of Didsbury The Eclectic Hotel Collection’s vision is “A place to create memories for every moment of your life” We strive to constantly evolve as a hotel group and develop our properties to add features and facilities that will forever enhance our guest experience
EEF Venues EEF Venues is a group of three AIM Gold-accredited meeting and conference: Broadway House (Westminster), Engineers’ House (Bristol) and the flagship residential venue, Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire The three venues provide 58 diverse and flexible meeting spaces and attract over 100,000 delegates each year This year (January 2018) EEF Venues has been awarded Best Small & Medium Sized Group and Best Value for Money Group for the fifth consecutive year in BDRC Continental’s VenueVerdict Awards 2017 The 2017 awards were based on 14,900 individual pieces of feedback received from 376 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland In addition, EEF Venues’ Bristol venue, Engineers’ House, has taken the No 1 Conference title and No 1 Overall Venue for the fifth year All three venues – Broadway House, Westminster; Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa, and Engineers’ House have also been awarded Gold in BDRC’s VenueVerdict Accreditation Scheme for 2017, making it five years in a row Gold is only given to those properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from 40 or more respondees over a twelve-month period EEF Venues achieved a Net Promoter Score of +88 3 across its venues.
