Athena is a beautiful, converted art deco cinema originally built in the 1930s Since its restoration in 2005, Athena has a newfound reputation as a leading events venue within the UK specialising in gala and award dinners Located just outside Leicester’s City Centre in the newly invigorated Cultural Quarter The Athena offers great transport links and complimentary on site parking The venue features an interesting and flexible layout, spread over 3 floors and offering a natural journey throughout the venue The flexible space allows us to turn the room around from an 800-delegate conference and exhibition to a 900-gala dinner within an hour With fully in house services including AV and catering, it ensures Athena maintains the highest levels of quality and exceptional levels of service.

East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf

East Wintergarden (EWG) retains its own identity whilst being part of the wider Canary Wharf Group.  Designed by Cesar Pelli and based upon the Winter Gardens of New York, this spectacular glass structure in the heart of Canary Wharf is ideal for a range of events; particularly appealing for awards ceremonies.  It features a 27-metre high arched roof, Italian marble floor and a suspended gallery.  With onsite AV and a dedicated catering team EWG saw an 18% increase in revenue from awards events in 2017, compared to 2016.

During 2017 EWG saw a 16% year on year increase in the number of awards events it hosted. In particular, EWG is popular within the education and health sectors – though additional corporate, government and third sector events also add to its portfolio.

Hillbark Hotel

The Principal Manchester

The Principal Manchester is a fabulous Grade II Listed building initially built for The Refuge Assurance Company in 1895. With its striking Victorian Architecture, The Principal Manchester is an instantly recognisable landmark in the city’s skyline.
